I was lucky enough to meet this wonderful couple in an awful tent in a middle of a field in the rain. Not the usual way I like to meet potential hirers but this was supposed to be an amazing wedding festival.
Regardless of how bad the festival was one good thing did come out of it, I got to meet Jobe and Olivia and what a lovely couple they were.
I was invited to perform on their big day and the Exchange hotel was the stunning venue.
Olivia looked like a princess and Jobe looked handsome, I've never seen a groom smile so much.
I've also never seen such beautiful wedding guests and each and everyone was so nice and welcoming, I felt like I was performing for friends.
Just look at how awesome they all are
I mixed up the performing with some great sleight of hand card tricks and some real close up illusions including ice and fire.
I had one lady called Rosalie choose a card, she signed it and I vanished it, long story short it appeared frozen inside a ball of ice.
The reactions were brilliant and made my night.
Rosalie told me she works at Tiger Tiger in Cardiff so if you get the chance to go see her , then do as she was really nice and its a fab club.
One of the highlights for me was also getting to meet Helena who has been Jobes best friend since childhood. I did a quick bit of mind reading and asked her about the time she got her toe stuck in the tap of a bath and had to be rescued by Jobe. The OMG look on her face told me she was not expecting that.
However what I didn't know was that she is an amazing singer and I really enjoyed listening to her sing for the happy couple and play the piano. What a lovely and talented lady she is.
Truth be told it was a brilliant wedding filled with brilliant people and I was really honoured to be a part of it. I hope everyone enjoyed the magic I performed, the reactions along with the screaming and laughing leads me to believe it was well received.
I wish Jobe and Olivia a lifetime of magical happiness together
